Brian Ripley
Brian Ripley formally started Ripley’s Mountain Adventures in 1999 as the culmination of a lifetime of love for and experience in and around the ski industry. As the son of a competitive ski racer and professional ski instructor, Brian grew up in two prominent ski resorts where he was lucky enough to nurture a strong affinity for skiing and other mountain recreation activities. Mountain adventure activities continue to strongly characterize his lifestyle. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, hiker, and camper.

Brian has been successfully coordinating group ski and summer mountain activity trips full time since 1996 based out of the Denver area where he lives with his wife, Robin (married 5 years as of June 2007), his 3 year old son (as of June 2007), Wilder, 1 year old daughter (as of June 2007), Reese, and dog, Milt who all participate and share his affinity for mountain adventures! Life is good in Colorado!

He went to 14 countries including Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, and Japan just to name a few.

Tench now lives in Denver with his dog Dahlia and continues his outdoor activities, mainly skiing. Tench has skied in almost every resort in the Rocky Mountain West and frequents Colorado destinations giving him a great knowledge of skiing, resort destinations, and related activities. When he is not getting to the mountains he is seeing his favorite band Widespread Panic. Tench is acting Director of Sales for Ripley’s.

Justin Desrosiers
Justin grew up in Massachusetts, where he graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Justin decided to follow his passion of skiing and in 2004 he left New England and headed west to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Milt and Dahlia, RMA Dogs
The Mountain Adventures Dogs of RMA deserve strong recognition as true outdoor enthusiasts, recreationalists, company mascots, and all around great dogs. Milt and Dahlia all share a love of eating, hiking, camping, swimming, and generally hanging around in the outdoors.

Milt has summited 14 of the highest peaks in the continental United States, but his arthritis has recently curtailed his more serious hiking days. He still loves a casual hike. Milt has been in almost every mountain destination in Colorado in both summer and winter time.

Tench rescued Dahlia from the Human Society in Missoula, Montana roughly 6 years ago. She enjoys hiking, camping, and lying around, but mainly the loves retrieving anything that floats in any body of water. As a Chesapeake crossed with a Newfoundland she is a water hound and if she had her way she would be in the water all the time, her favorite is rivers.

Milt and Dahlia believe that if a happy dog can enjoy all of this mountain adventure then so can you!
